Rohan Connolly asked Lade just before on SEN if he's glad Chol missed that goal from 5m out after that run, otherwise the hype-meter at Tigerland would've gone into overdrive?

Lade responded by saying Chol is actually playing a role for us at the moment and if he keeps doing that then he could be a chance to play round 1  :o.

What he is doing is because of his height, leap and general agility he is demanding a similar attributed defender which he is moving out of the 50. This of course has the effect of allowing Jack a bit of space in behind, basically this will help to stretch opposition defences which will then additionally create a bit more space inside 50 for the likes of Dusty, Titch, Menadue etc. when they are resting forward.

Not sure about Chol in the ruck, not sure if I want to see him wrestling with monsters just yet.       
But what we do have is a tall forward who can run & jump like a gazelle!  Or put him on a wing & kick out to him, let him mark & run ...& run ... & run!  :clapping
He could be an absolute weapon going 3rd up at stoppages.  Let Ivan/Vickery do the wrestling then the Big Cat can jump over the contest, he could be devastating at F50 stoppages!    :clapping

Same here ...
I loved the way he just put on the turbos when the hawks defenders were gaining ground running as fast as they could. He just then started pulling away again and that momentary look on their faces was gold!
