You don't win friends with salad.
Dutch ovens work quite well,
Clench cheeks together, walk like your chewing a mintie between them when you get up off the couch

To be honest it's mainly of a bloating issue. But then when I pass wind, I can't tell you all enough how bad the odour is. Eggy but with an atrociously vicious sour edge.

There's definitely a gut imbalance going on. If I can get rid of the bloating that's the key.

I've tried peppermint tea and slippery elm but no luck.   :-\

What would I do with paw paw cream?

Has anyone undertaken/known someone who has undertaken colonic irrigation?

What's the problem?

Too much gas?

Smell really bad?

Generally diet related. Usually meats/animal products will give you plenty of gas and bad smelling gas at that. Most of your fruit + veg are lighter on the guts and less offensive on the way out...

Stop Lance from putting stuff up there and maybe you'd be alright.
