l agree with Hardwick.

Put the pressure right back on the players where the problems lies. Take it out on them on the training track cause they are making basic mistakes. One of the most basic mistakes is off loading the ball to a player who is hot. They need to go back & kick it long forcing the opposition to run hard. There is no need to play on every time you get the ball. The opposition knows this so they never push right up against us & drop back. Our defenders always come from behind which the opposition loves. You're helping the forward every time.  :banghead Our assistant coaches are crap & l reckon Chocco is plotting Dimma's down fall. Sack Chocco.

Gee Daimen I wish you would individualise

Would be more interesting than the repetitive dribble we've been getting

If you need a starting point suggest you look at your favourites  ::) ::)

I think you will find as part of the conditions of extra contract for Hardwick was that his assistants who are all out of contract at years end that there contracts will not be renewed
😉

Think you'll  find that isn't correct (in total)

Well I know it is correct
No names , but you will find that his " leading assistants" contracts are up at years end
No finals , no new contracts issues

The fact he's not ropable but still offering premeditated excuses shows how weak he is as a leader.

Where was the hardness that was supposedly part of the deal when we first signed him?

No you've just proven your first comment was actually wrong

Your first post said all assistants, you've now changed it to "leading assistants" - massive difference right there and that was my point

That's why I said "not correct (in total)

Well I will put it this way
Ross Smith , Mark ( Wilbur ) Williams , Lade and Rutten
Contracts end at year end
Sticking point on the recent Hardwick signing was that his team would change if he didn't make the finals
They will not have enter into new contracts if we don't make finals
Only Hardwick is safe
Too many " mates " have positions at Punt Rd
Club will change that on poor results
