Don't have to do a review
Why ?
Club already has addressed issues with the footy department
Bit of a PR exercise this
What a rubbish post, seriously. HOW?

If you know something then bloody well post it.

I'd like to know what your talking about? Have they sacked anyone? Has Chocco got the sack? Has Francis Betamax Jackson been given his gold retirement watch? Has Dumma's mates been told they're no longer required? Has sissyter Tim been told to find another job? Has Blair been told he's a dud & thrown out?

What the hell are you talking about? Pleeeaaase!

They had an internal think tank about it
Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus

Getting humiliated in the finals all the time
Getting embarrassed every  game this season
Watching the premiership window grind to close as the club is terribly miss managed year after year

Winning today is a bandaid on a broken club

If they win today it's more long term delusion for you and the other 12k in the crowd

I agree but why didn't you just post this in the first place?

Do the recruiters get the boot? Is Blair going?
Is Chocco and his development hacks going too?

Actually you didn't answer all my questions.
The club that keeps giving.

'There is no review', says Tiger president

RICHMOND isn’t in the process of reviewing its football department, according to Tiger president Peggy O'Neal.

AFL.com.au's Damian Barrett first broke news of the club’s assessment of its on-field performance on Channel Nine.

"There is no review, in the sense of when Geelong announced they were reviewing everything a few years ago," O'Neal said on Friday.

"I think the coach, the head of football and Brendon (Gale, CEO) have all made clear that the way football is these days, you review everything, every week. That's continuing in the normal course.”

O'Neal preached a message of unity.

"This is the time of year we all need to stay together. There's no one reason you win or one reason you lose," she said.

The Tigers sit 1-5 and face Hawthorn on Friday night at the MCG.

No crisis talks at Tigerland

Herald-Sun
May 6, 2016

RICHMOND president Peggy O’Neal has flatly denied that the Tigers are undertaking a comprehensive review of their football department.

An unflustered O’Neal, who has remained quiet throughout the team’s struggles, spoke with media ahead of today’s AFL Women’s Industry lunch in Docklands.

She said improvement is the only focus at the club — starting against Hawthorn at the MCG tonight — and that no such review is being undertaken.

“No, there is no review in the sense of like the time Geelong announced they were reviewing everything a few years ago,” O’Neal said.

“The coach, the head of football and Brendon (Gale, club chief executive) have all made clear that the way football is these days, you review everything every week. And so that is continuing in the normal course.

“We need to show improvement. There are a number of things that factor into whether you show improvement, one of those is injuries, another is the draw. We’re just looking forward to a good next three-quarters of the year.”

O’Neal conceded the team “is playing pretty poorly” having recorded a 1-5 start to the season, but is committed to turning things around.

She also said the club remains firmly committed to coach Damien Hardwick.

“Absolutely — nothing’s changed there,” O’Neal said.

“This is the time of year that we all need to stay together. There’s one reason you win, there’s one reason you lose, but we’re all in it together and that’s exactly the way we feel.

“You’ve heard the coach and you’ve heard the CEO this week — we’re playing pretty poorly, but we’re committed to turning that around. We’re looking forward to a good game tonight.”

Great. Another Clayton's footy review.

The review you're having when you're not having a review. :banghead
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.
