Review into Richmond footy department [merged]

If you're business is going bust, surely you would review your whole organization.
If they are not performing a review, my question is, why not?

They should have made changes at the end of last season after squibbly losing to a poo North team in their 3rd final loss in a row.

They didnt make the necessary changes even though they were blatantly obvious to all and now they are all culpable for this outcome.

Of course, you're implying that we were never favourites to beat them in the final. Which is just rubbish in itself.

Don't think they've improved all that much tbh. Maybe a little especially in consistency but it seems most of the good teams from last year have dropped a level or 2... at least for now

Yes,that's exactly what they should do. But they won't. Richmond's problem is that they can't distinguish between stability and inertia.
