What should happen:

Hardwick, Jackson, Hartley, Richardson , fitness & medical staff sacked.

Best assistants headhunted + two added to finally replace Leppa & Campbell.

Trade- B.Ellis, Conca, Griffiths, Edwards - let Vickery walk, get compo pick. Delist/trade: Houli, Grigg, Chaplin, Batchelor. Hamspud, Maric, Moore , Townsend, Marcon. (Hunt & Morris are still contracted) for picks & players.

Get Hurley , Tomlinson, quality mid, decent ruck, + Darcy Cameron


What will happen:

Nobody sacked or only one sacked:

New assistants are Chaplin & a bunch unheralded nobodies - Leppa & Campbell still not replaced.

Lennon traded , McBean, Butler traded/delisted. Only Griffith traded. Maric retires - Hamspud get's another year. Houli, Grigg, Vickery, Ellis, Conca ("he'll be like a new recruit!"), one of Moore/Townsend all retained.

Still go into the draft with one first rounder, no second rounder.

Off season pick ups - Jack Steele, Zac Dawson, Lobb from Port, Stanton.

Add to that, first pick (top 3) used to select questionable 185cm nobody ranked about 14th overall, who ends up being our next B Ellis.

Teams after us can't believe their luck and land there next franklin/pavlich/parker/insert standard annual example here.

Repeat x 7.

Francis Jackson and friends "wrapped". Contracts extended.

Private school educations, luxury cars and overseas holidays all paid for for another year.

What's your thoughts on L. Neale as that mid we need?

Any player of hisquality would be a handy addition, though if we're going to go for sub-180 mids, my personal preference is for Prestia.
