Correct.  Hardwick won't change.  He thinks it's the execution that's the problem not the method.  "Look we just need to get better"

Would they take Lennon for Salem?
We were very interested in Salem in his draft year.

Would have been happy with Salem in his draft year but why didn't he play much this year? Had bad hammies in 2015 IIRC
