Richmond is in desperate times according to Mark Robinson and he believes the club cannot afford to keep chasing free agents to top-up the list they have built during Damien Hardwick’s tenure.

He asked the Tigers senior coach the day after a disappointing loss to North Melbourne what the plan was for the remainder of the season and his expectations of the current squad.

“No, they’re starting again Richmond but they’re in a spot because they went and got Yarran,” said Robinson on SEN radio.

“There’s a realisation they’ve got to play kids, we asked him for the 500,000 Richmond fans listening to this right now they want to know how you’re going to handle the second half of the year.

“Is it kids and give them games?  He said it’s a mixture of both.

“I know (how poorly their VFL side played), so what a spot the Tigers are in at the moment.

“It’s desperate times… I don’t know where they go… they’ve got to start growing their own list and developing their own players.”

Yep, we've TOTALLY stuffed EVERYTHING cause we went and got Yarran, with a second rounder. Is that possibly the laziest stuffing answer I've ever heard?

Honestly, what constitutes as journalism these days.....

Wallace said last night on AFL media Richmond's list management is blame. Lets start the process and look for a new list manager and new recruiters. Time for action is now.

I wad actually wondering what he meant, what his point was with that comment. It makes little sense, just grasping at straws in an attmept to make god knows what

More like the magic and games are over, everyone with the exception of a few on here can see what this club is really all about. They are also starting to find out these so called players like Batchelor, Edwards, Ellis and the like.
