I know someone that knows him pretty well through footy circles and is a massive wrap. That same person is a massive wrap for McQualter one our development coaches. But knowing the guy, he knows what he is talking about.
We need to surround ourselves with experienced coaches, coaches that have coached at the highest level. But it really doesn't matter who we put there if Dimma isn't willing to listen.

Agree so let's hope they get him over the line now he's missed out on the Lions gig

Mcqualter? I question your source knows what he is on about

How has our developing been travelling since his appointment?

Every single one of these flogs on the coaching/development/recruiting panel hired under dimwit, needs to be stuffed off

Montgomery would be a fine asset and with Caracella will fight over the top job

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

How has development been travelling?
McQualter has been a development coach at Richmond since 2014.
In that time he would have been looking after Lambert, Castagna, Short, Butler, Drummond, Menadue and Markov as smaller midfielder types.
Looking at that list do you think the results have been okay? Cos I think it's been a huge improvement.

The other one that stands out to me is Max Bailey.
He was the ruck/forwards coach in 2014.
He has said he was completely flummoxed by being made forwards coach as he said he had no idea of what was involved.
To my mind he was the main reason why Griffith went from having no experience as a ruckman to our second ruck/CHF.
In contrast Lade had been a clearance coach since 2009 and had direct input to Putt, Gourdis, Post, Browne, Vickery, Griffith, Derrickx, Elton and McBean.

It's always easy to just slag off ALL our coaches but if you try to look below the surface - at the results of coaching - you may find something worthwhile.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

What a poohole

he was a good assistant with us.

Uh huh....he contributed to a dynasty didn't he.

So someone has to have contributed to a dynasty to be a good assistant coach?

Arguing with an idiot.......

Well done to Chappy on getting a job at the Dees.  Probably for the best as he is a bit too close to the boys to be coaching them.

I'm worried he's going to give the Demons all of Dimma's gameplan secrets!
And you may not think I care for you
