Yze's press conference was the morning after Port Adelaide captain Connor Rozee played off hamstring tightness, only to re-injure himself on Thursday night.

He noted the Power would have been "kicking themselves" over that call.

Richmond hopes Graham will miss just a week.

"If this was a final, there's a chance that he could play but he's just too important," Yze said.

"To go and risk one of our key leaders and a really important player in our footy club and in our team, to go and risk him this week and the chance of him hurting it again and going out for a month would just be crazy, irrelevant of how many guys we've got injured at the moment."

Playing a player who’s not close to 100% on an existing injury is just wrong

Give him 2 months off.

Try to get some games/currency into him at the end of the year.

Surely if he's seeking a trade we don't risk doing further damage.... :shh

The albanian has had a shocking start to his coaching career. Wtf is wrong with him and meehan or both of them playing blokes who are not fully fit.

If he coaches the way he speaks and acts then we are in real strife.

Media today saying it is a serious hamstring yet club saying it is minor.

This guy has a history of soft tissue injuries

One week hammy my arse

Not a hope in hell

If it’s a hammy it’s weeks , if he’s back next week it isn’t a hammy

They are talking poo

bingo. "if its a hammy its weeks"

yep sure is, but Yze and Magic Meehan scizzorhands know best.

The decision to bring him in was  negligent at best.

Enough is enough with this guy. He has turned into an absolute hack.

He is not fit for VFL level let alone afl

stuff him off for good.

I am acutely aware that this bloke is for alot on this site their favourite whipping boy.

But seriously he was one our best last night especially in the 1st half. Leading tackler for the game. An area we've been pathetic in ...

If people don't want to or can't look past their clear disdain for the bloke then that's unfortunate and dilutes any reasonable argument thay may have.

But whatever...
