Jack Riewold isn't yet involved in contact training after minor off-season shoulder surgery but ran laps on Friday and looked a trimmed-down picture of fitness.
He was joined by recent recruits
Jacob Townsend, who is coming back from an ankle injury, and
Chris Yarran, whose program is conditioning based at this stage.
Townsend is expected to take part in all of next week's training program.

Shaun Hampson won't ramp things up until the New Year after ankle surgery but is back running, while youngster
Corey Ellis is training well after an injury-interrupted debut season.
