I don't know if Nank is good or whether we are so used to having crap rucks stocks that he looks better than he actually is. Either way my vote is Nank.

Unfit Nank, Cooked Maric > fit Hamspud...

Hampson still is, like it or not, don't get all excited after one pre season game...

Nank will obviously take the no.1 mantle IF he progresses well enough and EARNS the spot. Until then its Hampson!

Honestly it didn't even take the whole practice game to see the bleeding obvious.

One quarter max and that was it.

Nank showed more in one game than any of our big man showed last year. The game has gone past just a tap ruckman.

Please stay on topic.

Your question is irrelevant.

We play two ruckmen and who plays more game time or who plays more time in the middle will depend on the opposition.

 :cheers
Yeah we're already going to vote for him mate, you don't need to keep selling it.....

Couldn't agree more it was heartening to watch Nank tap and then physically follow through rather than resting with his hands on his knees

He rests his hands on his knees as he doubles as a speccy bag
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Nankervis easily yes based on way praccy game

He plays with aggression, something sadly lacking last season.

Was also happy with Maric's game, nice to have some footy smarts in the middle. Also had some leap back

If they intending to play 2 ruckman, and everyone is fit. Then IMO you play Nankervis and Maric

Now WP, you cannot be serious. Every year you go on about players earning their spot, particularly at this time of the year. Nank has had one practice game and Maric was completely shot last year, the game he came back for was an embarrassment to himself. So how do you pick him over Hampson, really? Be consistent at the very least.

Nank and Hampson yes, provided Hampson can get fit before round one, but Maric, this early, based on......... really?

but Hampson, at all, based on .....really?

being "the best option" in a year when your competition was a paper mache man, a bloke who no aerobic capacity and old man plagued by injury is hardly earning your spot, now, is it?
