What is worrying is that we don't learn same scenario over and over chance to kill the game we blow it should have been over yet we kept them in it, and then football smarts go missing ,players just mentally weake.

Nearly enough close losses to make it a Netflix series. RIP Tiges, Buddy and holding the ball.

Summary:

1st qtr = brilliant

2nd qtr = dumb footy in the last 4 minutes. Thanks Sam Lloyd, a true gift giver

3rd qtr = soft and predictable

4th qtr = pathetic

Terrific, just terrific TM

Main issue with Lloyd is his lack of leg speed.

Watching today I thought some blokes thought they were the inspiration of the Beatles classic "Nowhere Man"

True

But that's always been offset by good decision making

That's completely disappeared so he's a liability now

Richmond captain Trent Cotchin spoke to 3AW in the rooms.

He said the Tigers “let one slip”.

“Any loss is a tough one, especially when you’re dominating the game,” Cotchin said.

“We’ll be better for it.”

Lloyd was always serviceable because he could play taller and good for a goal or two. He has no other tricks so when he isn't doing those he isn't doing anything.

So much learning from losses we should be flag favourites by now.

Absolute crap Cotch

We're not better for it or from it.

We embarrassed ourselves again

One thing is for sure. If we become better for close losses, we are a monty to win the flag next year.

I just don't see the evidence of learning anything from this. We dominate, yet do everything in our power to kill the momentum we build.
