Without knowing a single thing about any of these guys and just going based on their position and size listed above, Collier-Dawkins looks like the pick for me if he can slide a couple of places to 17.

My thoughts exactly. I want a big mid who could be the next Cripps. Battering ram style. Someone 188-193cm with some size and tank.

Really wish we had tried to trade into the 2nd round, maybe by trading out someone who could have currency like B Ellis, to try to get into that 25-30 range.

GCS have picks 24 + 29. I wonder if they would have shown any interest in guys like B Ellis

Shame you can't trade new draftees then...

We could take the 'best available' player at 17, then maybe on-trade to Brisbane for Connor McFayden with something coming back our way for example...

I'd trade next year's frst and all our picks from 37-72 for GWS' picks 19, 25 & 55 - first round quality goes to 25-30 deep this year and that would gve us three picks inside the top 25...my only reservation would be that we'll probably need that first rounder next year to get one of Hopper, Cerra or SPP and we'll probably need to save our 2020 picks for MJ so we can't really use them next year either...alternatively we could trade 17 ,37 and maybe a late pick for  19 & 25 or even try and trade 37-72  for GC's picks 24 & 29 (they already have picks 2, 3 & 6 and will probably either need points or might want to draft some mature agers instead of all kids)...or even 17 & 37 and a late pick swap for WC's 20 & 22....the key is getting more picks inside the top 30 or better yet tiop 25....

Adelaide and Port have multiple first round picks. Adelaide with 8, 13 ,16, and 21 and Port with 5, 10 and 15. And are reportedly looking to move up the draft top secure the top SA kids.

Suns could trade one or both of 2 and 3.

They could end up with 6, 8, 10, 15, 16 in a strong draft. This would then open up 24 and 29 for trades for lower picks to pick up the mature age players as you suggest above
