whats this  clubs matching then we move down the order?

how does that work?
The clubs matching F/S or Academy bids use lower picks to reach the points value of the pick of the bid. So they lose they later picks but everyone else moves down one for each bid matched. Hope that makes sense, FH.

17. Fremantle - Sam Sturt.

That's a surprise.

So looks like the first round doesn't count bids and we will see our first pick tonight... :clapping

Do not understand this pick.

This making each club take the full 5 minutes for their pick has knobs on it.

One to go before ours (Adelaide).

Collier-Dawkins, Stocker and Valente still on the board.

Will the Crows go homegrown (Valente) or will they surprise and choose Hill who is also still available.

I'd say no too, although plenty in WA think he is a matchwinner at AFL level.

I'm guessing it'll depend if we are looking for 2019 or choosing someone for the future.

Adelaide has traded the pick to Carlton.

Pipped at the post if we wanted Stocker.

Still Collier-Dawkins and Valente on the board.

We're next.

Wow, I reckon Carlton have paid big for that pick.

Traded a future first to Adelaide. Likely to be a top 4 pick!
