Adelaide forward Tom Lynch has been ruled out of Thursday night's blockbuster with Richmond at Adelaide Oval with illness, but skipper Taylor Walker is on track to play.

Yeah, who'd have thought the Tigers, the subject of so much derision for the last 35 years, could psychologically annihilate a team like the Crows.

I think the Crows have developed a paranoia about us. This stance during finals was pure robotism, ludicrous, I hope some of these Crows players have the courage to come forward and expose this crap.

What I find interesting is that both the Tigers and Crows were identified as being teams who were heavily invested in the mindfulness idea last season, and when both made the GF, it was being seen as a key that all clubs needed to look at.

But it seems now that if you get it right, it is helpful, but if you get it wrong, it can be disastrous.

There seems to be a very fine line between mindfulness and self-absorbed, self-centered arrogance.

There fills like there's been a total flip in who has most to lose tonight. All the pressure is now on Adelaide with the last year's GF defeat, their preseason camp being leaked and exposed in the media as a farce, and now them facing being 0-2 if they get done tonight. It's pretty much become a free hit for us. We can go out and play our natural high-pressure team game. Hopefully, we've learnt from round 6 last year how to play the ground better.
