Wood to Stengle at HF. Finds Arts in the pocket. Goes across the face and Chol marks in the other pocket. Point.

118 - 73

Lloyd - 23 disposals, 4 marks, 2 goals. Played midfield first 3 qtrs then played deep forward in the last.

Miles would have had mid-20 possies.

Chol - 10 disposals, 5 marks, 3 goals. Could have had 5 goals if he didn't fumble the ball at his feet.

Stengle lively up forward with 3 goals.

Garthwaite solid in a key defensive post.

Naish had about 10 disposals too play deep in defence.

Menadue often undid his good work off HB with poor kicks.

Quiet games from Markov (quad tightness), Bolton, Balta and Miller.

I went along today and looked like Markov had a corked thigh.

Lloyd was a cut above as was Miles. Garthwaite was solid as our key back. Silvestro looks pacy.

Great sides don't turn off like that.  Some work to do still but plenty of positives.

Maybe the players are figuring there’s no chance getting into the seniors. Might be a mental issue having to play in crap areas like Werribee when the big team is playing at the G in front of 90k.

I’d reckon it would be pretty demoralising secretly wanting there to be an injury to one of your mates but at the same time not wanting it to happen but knowing it was your only hope of getting a gig.

Last uarter was a disgrace.

Several players nowhere near as close to senior football as some think. :shh

For all his skills & smarts with the pill, Stengle won't be seen until he learns to chase. :shh

Bolton will be lucky to e seen at AFL level before he starts wearing purple or blue & gold...more interested in getting on youtune or that segment on the footy show.... :shh

Menadue needs to learn to actually kick to a target as well as the importance of one percenters- like f.e. smothering grubber kicks on the goal line instead of jumping out of the way as if the ball was a bullet.... :shh

Chol's when he stops fumbling - will be punished at AFL level and probably even by the better VFL sides....... :shh

Play CEllis on the ball or stuff off- useless as t@s on a bull anywhere else and why he's been moved off it is baffling... :shh

Oh & Lloyd just takes the pee at VFL level but his selfishness is a throwback to the tigers of not-so-old.... :shh

I didn’t understand your critique of chol.

And how were Miles, Balta, Moore and Coleman-Jones?

Chol will be closer to a senior call up when he stops fumbling.

Miles did ok considering he wore a hard tag all day from this mad unit who got away with murder and generally made Crowley look like Roland Rocchiccioli.

Moore was the best of the talls if not best on ground, CCJ - not as exciting as last week but looked promising again and  Balta was relatively quiet -not surprising considering the backline had stuff all to do for the first 3 and a bit  quarters- but was impressive when involved.
