Forgot to add I wouldn't be surprised if the right offer was made e.g. late 1st rounder or early 2md rounder for BEliis the club would take it  ;D

If North are offering 600k they would have to offer that I would have thought.

My thoughts

Outs-
Bellis- traded for a second round pick if possible
Conca- traded for anything
Miles- traded for third round pick
Cellis- wants out so trade for a third round pick

Drummond- delisted
Hampson- retired
Griffiths- retired

Players I don’t think will make it and I would think about trading either this year or next if an offer came up
Moore
Bolton
Manadue

So a minimum of 7 out the door with Lynch coming in, leaves 6 spots for kids in a good draft who we will only have to pay minimum wage to for a couple of years.

Find it pretty crazy that people are wanting to trade Bolton. Loads of talent, whether he makes it or not is yet to be seen but to write him off after his first 2 seasons and less than 10 senior games seems very harsh.

clearly changes will be made and there is no issue in making changes to continually bring in good players and off load the ones that have been on the list long enough and who have showed nothing,
TRADE- MENADUE, C ELLIS, CONCA,MILES
DELIST- DRUMMOND,MOORE,CHOL,HAMPSON GRIFFITHS (RETIRED)
We bring in lynch and another mid with draft picks we will still be top 4 for the following couple of years we clearly need someone to support Nank in the ruck so hopefully lynch can do some of that work as we all saw friday night grigg got killed

Interesting to watch Footy Classified last night about Richmond.
Thought it was reasonable and covered everything we've talked about here. Lynch changes the forward just by arriving, second ruck woes, midfield losses of contested and clearances etc.

Was interesting later on when they were talking about other clubs and they mentioned Preuss going to Melbourne.
Judd and Hutchy were both dismayed "Why would you go to another club to get more games and go to Melboourne where you're behind Gawn". They just shook their heads.
Judd said he could go to Richmond and be "number one" ruck.

I think the knock on Bolton is that he is not a team player, doesn't like the role he has been assigned in games, its all me,me,me.

He’s still 19 years old. At that same age butler hadn’t even debuted and George would have had 2 maybe 3 games under his belt.
