Barrett on MMM yesterday (Saturday) said he doesn't see Richmond doing anything major on the trade table after going big last year chasing Lynch. We'll be sticking to doing something on the speculative front like we did this year with Stack and Pickett.

SEN Breakfast journalist Sam Edmund has provided a trade update on ... Adelaide’s Brad Crouch.

Crouch remains under contract, but with the turmoil going on at the Crows with their external review and reported desire to overturn their list, Edmund believes teams are asking the question.

“He’s chasing a five-year deal, he wants to stay at Adelaide, he might even win the best and fairest this year,” he told SEN Breakfast.

“He’s a restricted free agent next year so this would be the last chance the Crows would have to get something for him.

“There might only be one or two clubs that haven’t asked about him, they’ve come from absolutely everywhere.

“There’s no suggestion they want to shop him around yet, there’s a meeting this week with him and his manager.

“He wants to stay, admittedly on his own terms of course, so the ball is in Adelaide’s court with him.”

Hutchy just said Saint's should trade Jack Steven to Geelong for a first round pick.
If he's worth a first rounder, Brando worth 2.

CROUCH WANTS FIVE YEARS

In-demand Adelaide midfielder Brad Crouch is chasing a five-year deal to stay at the besieged club.

Crouch has been the subject of widespread rival interest for months and is among the favourites to win the Crows best-and-fairest after a career-best season.

Crouch is contracted for next year, but he becomes a restricted free agent at the end of 2020, meaning this is the last time the Crows can get something for him in a trade.

Virtually every club has asked the question of Crouch’s management, with St Kilda frequently linked.

At 25, the onballer is coming off a season in which he won the most disposals in what was a difficult year for Don Pyke’s side.

Adelaide is due to sit down with Crouch and his management later this week where they are expected to make their intentions clear.

Crouch’s brother Matt has previously said Brad loves Adelaide and has no plans to leave.

Did I hear right last night... St Kilda only has a couple of picks in the 50s this draft, and they want to trade for about 30 players??
And you may not think I care for you

I suspect they'll offload some talent. Carlisle, Steven etc

No mention of us being linked to any of names.

SPP expected to stay at Port despite links to a return home to Perth and Laird not going anywhere according to the Hun.

Any chance we could look to bring the Menegola name back to Punt Road?

Star Crow Brad Crouch has told 7 News he wants to stay at West Lakes for the long-haul. He has 1-year left, so the ball's in Adelaide's court.

"So that's the plan? To hang around here as long as you can?"

"That's what I'm hoping at this stage."
