Geelong wins the award for now having the slowest forward line in the AFL.  Hawkins, Jenkins, Ablett, Esava.

Aiden Bonar to North for a swap of 3rd and 4th future picks.

Aish to Freo - 2nd, 4th future picks to Collingwood;
Aish, Pick 69, future 3rd to Freo.

And that's it!

Anyone keen for a cheeky Jack Martin draft with on of our picks in the 40-50s?

If he walks to the main draft he'll be snapped up long before then... :shh

I doubt he’ll go within the first 2 rounds.

Not that I give a poo but about Essendon but they are seriously delusional.
Joe Daniher has played 11 games in 2 years and kicked 15 goals.
He averages under 2 goals a game as a key forward in his 7 years at AFL level.
That is worse than Josh Jenkins FFS!
If Essendon think he is worth more than picks 5 and 9 this year, they are dreaming.
He doesn’t even want to play for them!!

I hope he leaves next year as a FA and Essendon get what they deserve by the AFL.

Essendon might feel like they held strong today but let’s see how they feel this time next year.

Was thinking the same. Jenkins at Kardinia will kick goals. Jenkins in finals at the MCG will be a liability.

Dodoro claiming the Swans never offered up pick 5 as part of the deal. Hogwash.

Dons desperately trying to spin this positively. Lucky for them their fans will lap this up.

Offered 9 (Carlton's pick for Papley) and next years first for a guy who hasn't yet got over an injury that has kept him from playing for almost two years. I think that's fair enough but Dodoro said no...... :shh

Sydney said they were told picks 5 and 9 wouldn’t be enough at the start of the week- so it may not have been officially offered but it was most definitely on the table.
