The main thing is we did what we needed to do and sewed up a top 4 spot. Thank Dusty and Floss.

Lots of things to work on over the next fortnight before we play them again up there:
- Belted in the clearances. Neale had 50+ possies  :help.
- Sloppy forward of centre. Butchered so many good entries.
- Forward pressure was ordinary as demonstrated by our few tackles.
- Missed too many gettable set shots that kept them in the game in the first half.

Dominated the game besides the 3 qtr they camed at us was going to happen, but need to be switched on cannot afford that letting teams back in we will regret it one day to cute and panicky also .I would be filty with our forwards offered no pressure today up there.Clearances need to work on is a Ross a option.

Restricting the lions to only 55 points outstanding effort not many did that this season.

If we had beaten them today by 63 points, we would have finished second and got a home final. Incentive was there, reckon we could have done it too.

Neal had no impact tho I would say even with that many possies.

Neale was good today for mine, but yeah he’s one of those players you have to divide his possessions by 1.5 to get a better understanding of his impact. Complete opposite for Dusty.

Dusty was brutal. Neale very little impact.

Dusty was brushing blokes aside like farts in the wind. Clutch goals that hurt big time.

Neale...few clearances and some cheap handballs. Meh...

If we play the same way in 2 weeks with
same level of mistakes they will get us. We
Made way too many errors today.

I am content with the game, Brisbane are the real deal this year and we backed up after a corker against West coke which was probably game of the year.  West coke got flogged this week coz they didn't recover very well.

Makes me wonder how we won.

Hurting them on the turnover/intercept, maybe a bit of off-ball effort with 1%'s elsewise we got toweled up on paper..

Amazing that we were largely in control all night bar half the 3rd quarter, given those numbers...

That first 10/12 minutes of the second quarter. We let them kick one then we had a sustained period of the ball in our forward 50 but could only get 4 behinds 3 of them rushed. Could have opened up a big gap on them and taken their enthusiasm away.
