Missed a lot of easy one. Could have been 40-50 points without too much effort I think...

Casstagna's such a momentum killer... :shh

As ive said before Castagna is the luckiest premiership player since Darryl Freame in 1980.

Vlastuin and Grimes were awesome as always.
Dusty brutal again.
Prestia was very good too.
I though George was excellent in the first half when the game was up for grabs. Even Rioli seemed to play with a bit more urgency. Although Rioli’s goal kicking is as bad as Georgie’s.
Lambert was good and I actually think it was Soldo’s best game.

I can’t see Nank playing now as he has just missed too many games.

Good game to watch, we had some quiet stages but overall we had their measure the entire game IMO.

FINALS TIME!

Dusty was more efficient and effective on Sunday than Neale.

          Disposals  Metres gained
Dusty      21          538
Neale      51          373

Not really surprising when 32 of Neale's disposals were handballs

I think Cotchin made a comment about that in his 2016 season. He was reflective that his touches weren’t going forward or attacking enough and his team mates were happy for him to just drive the thing forward as opposed to dishing out handballs and short kicks to get the team more involved. I think it was the Sydney game from memory where each Cotchin possessions averaged +3m gained?

I am content with the game, Brisbane are the real deal this year and we backed up after a corker against West coke which was probably game of the year.  West coke got flogged this week coz they didn't recover very well.
That was part of my explanation for their effort on Saturday night.

Also Sam Mitchell probably had a bit of influence in team tactics this week.

I've watched replay's of the GF more times that I've had hot dinners.

Georgie boy was thoroughly deserving of his medal - no more luck than any other mid tier player that gets one.

If he could finish he would be a top 5 small forward in the league. As it stands its a glaring deficiency.

It was Richmond's 13th straight win against Brisbane, but one Zorko said gave his team great belief.

Yep, but even with 19 kicks he's still averaging 7.3m per disposal. That's total crap.

Dusty had 10 kicks, 11 handballs, and was averaging 25+ metres each one.

Caddy and a few others did some great handballing on the wing during the game, some easily 20-25+ metres.

Few sources reckon it's done Neale's brownlow chances a good favour but I reckon it should be ignored. Cheap, meaningless ball.

He’s a good player so you don’t just want him having ball in hand letting him do whatever he please. But it’s not like we’re giving Simon black 51 touches and he like Rockliff before him is a good accumulator so I think keeping him between 25-30 and having those not too forward of centre will do us ok.
