A better first quarter so far than last week.

Gold Coast's Stanton slots the opening goal. 🐯 0 ☀️ 8

Bernardi with the quick reply as she soccers it off the deck for a goal. 🐯 6 ☀️ 8  :gotigers

Tayla's first AFLW goal 🤩. She takes a strong contested mark and makes no mistake in front of goal to give us the lead. 🐯 13 ☀️ 8   :gotigers

Sounds like we got ripped off of a goal. No ARC for AFLW?

Sabrina Frederick looking a lot more lively than last week.

14 - 8 nearing quarter time.

We gave away a 50 right on the siren and gift the Suns a goal :P.

Quarter time

Richmond   2.2-14
Gold Coast  2.2-14

Goals: Bernardi, Stahl

No.15 is as thick as two short planks. Gives away a stupid 50 with 1 second left

Goal to the Suns to start the 2nd. Off our turnover in the middle.

Another turnover coming out of defence. The Suns applying better pressure and feeding off our mistakes.

This could be the most frustrating sport I've ever watched.

Conti trying to lift the side.

Good tackle by Brennan wins the free. Pops it up but it's over for a throw-in near the point-post. Ball-up now on the 50. We then give away a free. Suns clear.

We get it back. Stahl just outside 50. Kick can't find Bernardi and it's a throw-in. And we give away another free. Suns clear.

We send it back inside 50. But again we can't find our forwards and Suns clear it out.

Stahl has a set shot directly in front but misses.

Siren goes with the ball deep in our forward line.

Failed to make the most of our forward entries that quarter.

Half-time

Richmond    2.2    2.4-16
Gold Coast   2.2    4.3-27

Goals: Bernardi, Stahl.

Conti our best so far.

We look slow and unfit. Fredericks is bloody embarrassing for a professional athlete
