Dean Polo / 2 debuts on the cards

Deserves a game in the seniors this coming week against the Bombers.  :thumbsup

If we are fair dinkum about 1/ bringing on our younger players and 2/ rewarding consistent performances at Coburg then this kid deserves his chance.

Remember he gave Bumberling Buddy Franklin a towelling on ANZAC day and was one of the best for the Burger today in the wet and mud.  :clapping :clapping

Started today on the HBF and then in the 2nd half played mainly mid-field and got clearance after clearance. Disposal by foot let him down a couple of times (but after Friday night a couple aint bad folks  ;D) today but on the whole was excellent.

C'mon Tezza - big stage, massive game bring on Marco Polo   :thumbsup

Jungle dreams beating loudly tonight that Dean Polo gets his chance on Saturday- well done to the kid, battled his guts out to get a game...and battled scandalous criticisms of him early on...I hope he kills em on Saturday.

Jungle drums also suggest that Mr Oakley-Nichols may also get a game. Whilst Jarryd probably hasnt had a chance to show alot...hes an important player in our clubs future and I hope that if he plays that he slays the bombers with his pace.


Good luck to both boyz if they debut on Saturday :cheers

I'm sure they would love JON to play in the dreamtime game but he's coming back from a hammy so I'd doubt they'd risk him.

Your jungle drums Ramps though are making the right noises about Polo getting a well deserved and earned debut on Saturday night :shh.

Well the jungle drums eminating from Punt Rd have often gone astray over the past 25 years but im pretty sure that part of the story is correct lol ;D

 ;D Yes the jungle drums been out of key for a long while lol.

It would have been hilarious if we were playing the Hawks instead this week and Polo got a chance to own Franklin twice in the space of 2 weeks  :rollin.
