I still reckon Meyer is being played in the wrong position and should be moved to a HBF running with the footy. I know some people worry about him defensively if he was in the backline but the same thing was said of Polo before he gave Buddy a spanking.

I agree MT that he should be given a run down back - if he has a weakness defensively then this would be one way to rectify it by making him more accountable  :thumbsup

I agree WP. A HFF is a graveyard position and often Meyer ends up as a pseudo CHF for Coburg at just 183cm and 76kg  ???. I just don't get how he's meant to develop into a classy midfielder under such circumstances.

What - No mention of Rodan - Thought today's conditions would have been ideal for him.

I understand it is hard coming back from a knee injury, but with the performances of some of the kids coming on, looks to be in a bit of trouble i'd say.

Maybe one for the Gaspar train at years end.

I thought Rodan was OK - he played mainly in the centre in the bog - geesh the centre was bad  :help.

Matty White went of in the last quarter with what looked like an ankle but at the end of the game he had his thigh strapped.

Knobel sat out most of the last as well

Patto and Knobel would be now pushing for Staff's spot. Good to see Jacko keeping his name in front of the coaching staff for promotion. Along with Limbach and McGuane our young talls appear to be coming along nicely. Last year in the bests for the Coburg ressies and this year in the best for the Coburg seniors.

There needs to be 3 changes to the list every year and at this stage Staff (ret.), Chaffey (ret.) and Rodan (delisted) would be them. He'll be very unlikely to play seniors again  :shh.
