We say: When you’ve won three premierships in the space of four years, it’s fair to say the Tigers have a strong group of players to call upon. Other than Alex Rance, no big name has elected to leave the club, with a number of players outside the club’s best 22 hunting opportunity at other clubs. Oleg Markov and Jack Higgins both played throughout 2020, but missed out on the Grand Final, with the pair seeking opportunity at the Suns and Saints respectively. With no glaring holes, Richmond hasn’t brought anyone in over the off-season and will be able to pick up father-son Maurice Rioli Jnr in the draft.

Yes, hard to replace these premiership stars but really need some of the young up and comers to force a few into the 2's.  This is controversial.

Neither RCD or Ross are wingers. Atleast put Mcintosh in one of their spots considering he’s the only true wingman in that side not to mention the excellent year he had.

Why mess with what works? The Tigers are a strong chance to become the first premiership side to play together after a flag, with traded players Oleg Markov and Jack Higgins not having been in the 22. Richmond didn't bring in any new players over the Trade Period, and Ivan Soldo will be out for most, if not all, of 2021 with a torn ACL. The only addition is Patrick Naish as an emergency – who has the capability to play off half-back – taking the spot of Markov. Jack Ross, Thomson Dow and Riley Collier-Dawkins wait in the wings beyond the 26. – Sarah Black

We hardly participated in anything off season so it has to come from within.We wont be winning another premiership if it is basically the same team going around.
It was similar in 2019 so we really need the younger blokes to step up.
As far as evolution goes we are stagnating apart from the odd player or two.We really do need the team to evolve i would love to see some of the role players and fmd there is a lot of them replaced by more skillful better rounded players.

Even our B/F Short. He is excruciatingly outside who performs a role he is never going to take a game by the throat he relies on his team mates to a very large degree to impact games.

We really need the next Martin or Cotchin Riewoldt to start demanding games but the question really is do we even have em on the list.
