Paddy Dow worries me. He is a Jib if ever you have seen a Jib. I hope his Jib style has not influenced Thompson. If so delist him now. Deadset we cannot carry players like that. See Carlton tonight.

The Cats love kicking 7.8-50 at the Gabba  ;D.

What last night shows is no one is flag favourite and it's going to be who is hitting their peak in September that will win the flag.

Correlation isn't causation but it's funny how since Dangerfield has come back the Cats have barely got over the line at the Cattery and now they've been flogged last night. The scoreboard flattered Geelong. If Brisbane had kicked straight it would've been a 10-12+ goal hiding. If you can shutdown Geelong's contested ball game then they are too slow on the outside. Hawkins, Cameron and Rohan were starved of easy hit up passes last night.
