Our game plan is obsolete. Either Dimma evolves or we die

Lucky premierships aren’t won in Apr

Will make the fall of the Dees all the funnier

Sure, but you've gotta be in the finals to win in September. The way we are playing, we won't be there.

Pathetic effort by most including Hardwick.

We don’t have the talent for a plan B, if the chaos and energy isn’t working then we are cooked. The Plan A has been great for 4 years but when our A graders are down, and a lot are starting to be down more than usual, we clearly see the lack of skill and talent in a lot of our players.

Too many passengers. 13 Tiges with less than 15 possies. Melbourne only had 5.

Salem, Petracca & Oliver had 103 possies between them. Viney & Brayshaw had another 25 each.

They wanted it more. Once we didn't get the break on the scoreboard we should've from our first 15 mins of dominance in the first and the first 5 mins of the 2nd, we just fell away. Seemed to be too many thinking it's only round 6 and not willing to pay the price and work hard enough. That was always the worry coming into the game with us having nothing to prove while the build up for Melbourne was like a final.

Don't see us winning next week so the Geelong game at the 'G is going to be huge now to remain square with the ledger.

Tonight sits with the players. Can't blame the coach for the players poor skill level and pathetically missing 14 shots on goal they would normally kick. Off the top of my head only both of Edwards' goals were converted set shots. That's two in a whole game. We couldn't kick over a jam tin tonight at goal.

Will say it again

Can accept losing if you walk way knowing everyone had a go and left nothing on the paddock

But tonight there were so many that just didn't give a yelp

Selection will be interesting this week. There are some blokes that need to be dropped but with Lambert and Martin out it might be hard to make changes that are really necessary. And does Hardwick have the cods to drop some guys that he's shown such faith in?
Personally I'd go:

Out: Martin, Lambert, Aarts, Lynch.
In: Ross, RCD, M Rioli, CCJ.

Can't drop Lynch, CCJ is a ruck first and a poor forward second. Lynch plays every week as we have no other real forward options.

Nobody is undroppable. We won a flag without him in the forwardline. He needs a rest, he looks like he's playing injured. Play Chol, I dunno. We need a selection rocket to put everyone on notice.

Well we have raised the issue of the small forwards but to no avail. Until we have players that compete we are stuffed.

Chol should never play seniors again. He doesn't have it in him to be competitive for 4 quarters. Lynch plays every week.
