Effort was better that quarter but as Tigeritis said defensively we're allowing Melbourne too many easy possessions. When we go deep inside 50 we need to press up so the Dees don't have the easy switch and exit on the rebound.

Brennan going into the middle made a difference. We were able to win some clearances.
