Too much to ask for essendon to best swans.  Their last 10 minutes of the third quarter the worst I've seen all year.

If Lambert isn't the sub then Dimma will probably go for Aarts as well  :P.

Stack very stiff. His last two weeks in the VFL have been excellent.

Dunno why they would name Lambert as an emergency unless he was going to be sub.

I am not a Castagna fan. But he's been there in big games and won us 3 flags. For us to win this year I believe we need Castagna to get back to close to his best. I'm ok with him coming into get some form against Eagles hopefully.

I would have rathered Stack or Noah but I totally get the match committee going what's best case scenario for a premiership and it's getting Castagna into form over hoping one of the others comes up to the mark.

He did have a good 2019 GF but I remember thinking he’d get dropped in the 2017 finals series…
Castagna won us three flags???

My goodness

So we couldn’t have won without him ??

I’d even argue if you said Dusty won us three flags .. but Castagna ??? LMAO
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Get the 4 points that's all.
Spot on, georgies. The upsets this weekend should be a reminder to our boys to not take any game for granted. Turn up to play and be mentally switched on and make sure we get the 4 points. That's all that matters tomorrow.

Sunday game so we didn't need to finalise our side on Thursday. Dimma said in his midweek presser that he'd name Lambert in the squad and give him the full week to see if he was okay to play or not.

Pfft!  C’mon. If we can’t beat them on our home deck we don’t deserve to play finals.
We should be looking to add more percentage too. Let’s play our game and bury them and start our charge to glory.  :gotigers

Results going our away need to capitalise,  but you don't rock up you get beat as this week's results show let's hope boys are focused and switched on.

If we can’t win this game we don’t deserve finals.

This SHOULD be a very comfortable win

If we aren’t going to tackle we can kiss this season goodbye.

How can we be so terrible at something we are supposed to be good at?   :banghead :banghead :banghead
