This thread highlights our embarrassment of riches when choosing worst losses. Carlton at Princes Park in the mid ‘80s. Was 100 something and I yelled at the top of my voice for a minute.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Yeah for me it’s a tie between last night and the Karmichael Hunt loss

2013 Elimination Final  :banghead

Tommy Hafey tribute match vs a crap Melbourne  :banghead

And I just remembered also the 1998 final game of the season (round 22) vs Melbourne where all we had to do was to lose by less than 30 points but got belted by 76 and Farmer has a day out and we missed the finals and Essendon snuck in on percentage to 8th place.  :banghead

Very very angry these three days more than any other time I can remember.

I wonder how flossy felt watching the last couple of minutes-   sick in the stomach I assume.

I'm absolutely disgusted with yesterday's gutless loss.

Look at our last 3 losses - in a parallel universe we are top of the ladder.

We're doing a lot of things right - but something still feels off about this season.

I feel we deserve to finish 9th .

My wife was completely disgusted by my own personal mental disintegration in the last half.

In recent memory, the 2018 prelim loss. Could’ve been 4 in a row.

But in my entire living memory, the Hafey and dyer tribute matches. We couldn’t honour their legacy and got absolutely pantsed.

Honorable mentions: all EF from 2013-15, Mundy after the siren in 17, Karmichael after the siren and every belting we got at kardinia back in the day

I hate that we have become the team who simply can't be trusted to keep a lead and put sides away.
It doesn't make the games that enjoyable to watch

wait till we do it in an elimination final against a club like blues or pies.

seriously playing this garbage only gives teams more amo that we are beatable no matter what the lead at any stage of the game.

stuffin chokers we have become.

I think it was 2012 where we kept losing close games. Then the finals chokes came and then the premierships. We have truly come full circle  :lol

Yep 3 weeks in a row.

Karmichael Hunt after the siren.
Drew Petrie 5 goals in the last quarter.
Brock McLean late goal that was allowed to bounce through on the goal line.

Fun times  :P.
