Yep. Way too soon.

Still, ahem, digesting this one.

If I was still a kid I'd be heartbroken tonight. I remember.

OUT:

Coach
Players over 200 games

IN:

Kids
Rebuild

Lots of young Richmond supporters on the train ride home looking sad, some crying and parents can’t explain.

Out: Miller (2 weeks and two crap kick ins at the end of the game when he shouldn't be kicking in), Aarts.
In: Maurice, Clarke/Banks the sub

Send Balta back. Put Baker in midfield. Our structure was awful with Balta up forward with Baker.

Dimma was asked if anyone of note will be back next week and he said he doesn't think so. So that means no Dusty nor Lynch.

Soldo was meant to be just the one week with that thumb but that doesn't mean he will be automatically back.

God forbid we add Soldo to that side.

Might as well tape Aarts and Castagna together into a makeshift ruckman.

Tape ... Jamie Tape -- I wish we could bring Jamie Tape in right now. Bit of ticker in the backline.

INS: Dusty (I reckon he'll play), RCD, Rioli Jnr (to bring what was clearly lacking today = defensive pressure)

OUTS: Gibcus, Edwards (they have to make the call however harsh), Miller, Aarts

The way this season is going we will lose enough in the next three weeks to justify bringing Edwards back for a couple of farewell games to get him to 300.

Someone should tell him to start doing frantic windmills with his arms. He's fallen off a cliff.

How has nobody at the club suggested Edwards as the sub. He still ticks off games played, but can have an impact for a qtr or 2 rather than going missing for a half in a full game. Poor player management again unfortunately.
Go Tigers!

coming off poor game and games

Edwards, Gibcus, Aarts, Baker, McIntosh, D Rioli, Ralphsmith, Short and Vlastuin imo.
Hope we are looking at RC-D, Ryan, M Rioli, Banks and Dusty. These blokes are an endevour to address what we have been poor in.

Hope we play with good structure. Really think we are missing an opportunity to get some games into Samson Ryan. Give the kid a go.
If people are so adverse to playing Balta fwd then swap him over with Miller. Reckon we need to just persevere with both in their current roles though.

We are screaming out for that big bodied mid still, ffs play RC-D FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON.

Poor skills lack of polish and lack of footy smarts need to be weeded out also a lack of ticker needs to be weeded out. That places many in the gun take your pick. im looking at 5 changes so for me who are the 5 to go.Lets target the areas where we have been poor and try and address them to some sort of degree.

Id be happy with the following team

Vlastuin - Tarrant - Grimes One of Broad, Grimes or Vlastuin needs to lock down on oppo's most damaging sml/med forward.
Broad - Balta -  D Rioli

Bolton - RC-D  - Pickett We need to play the bigger bodied RC-D. I also would like to free Bolton up more. Regardless thats our best 6 atm.
Nankervis - Cotchin - Prestia

Cumberland - Riewoldt - Rioli. Keep the structure, get a gameor two into Ryan and gain a bit of pressure from junior hopefully.
Martin - Miller - Ryan

Interchange from Sonsie -  Graham - Baker - McIntosh - Short - Ralphsmith - Mansell. At this point in time. For me Sonsie is a definate

While  I would like to see RCD get a shot now as  he has earn’t it , I would suggest like  Sonsie , RCD was average in a lot of games and we should make players earn their spots.

Gibcus injured his shoulder which would be a reasonable excuse might open up a spot

Others mentioned had plenty of the ball and are up there in the B&F as well as Baker and Balta who were played out of position so wouldn’t  drop them except smith who might need a rest.

Also, Edwards might need to be the sub as he is struggling to play a full game

It’s very clear that we are struggling in the key forwards area as Jacks struggles on his own against a couple of good big backmen . Our shots on goal all appear to be harder

Our desision making and skills have deserted us along with missing some key leadership recently

Id like to see Miller given a go at CHF. He can post high goals from 50. Station him at 40 out get our guys to lower eyes and find him. Jack is cooked.
