Now we just need to sneak into the 8 and watch Carlton slip to finish 9th.  :shh

MRJ is a must play.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Now that I've composed myself, YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!

Beaker could have been a mess after that play on at siren-time last week, instead he comes out, kicks five goals and pulls off that spoil for the sealer. Already becoming one of my favourites. :)

Thanks Andyy for the welcome, too.

Beaker?

With his tuft of hair and his expression he reminds me of the Muppet. But fondly.

Great win. Enjoyable win but we have some big holes in our team, the midfield and our defence.

A big change for me happened when Grimes did his hammy and MRJ came on. A slow player went out, a quick player came in. The tempo changed. We need to get quicker players in. Sonsie and Cumberland showed also that kids are the way to go and we need to ho draft another group of 3 or 4 to compliment the ones we have.

Shedda should retire after today. Hes done, he got to 300, a big comeback win to end a great career and bring in a kid like Brown or Banks.

Yep bang on. Our pace has dropped away naturally therefore our pressure has dropped off. Need pace desperately.

MRJ is must play.
Balta must play in defence. His closing speed is better than anything we have an it's so needed.

Id go so far as to say that Grimesys hammy won us the game. Maurice wouldnt have come on, things would have petered out.
