"The desperation of our members for success can sometimes lead you down the path of impatience... of focusing on outputs which is winning games rather than the process that leads to winning games."

- @stkildafc president Andrew Bassat.

LOL at blaming their own club's supporters for the continual poor and shortsighted decisions they have made :facepalm :rollin.

"grow our presence in the Bayside region, our heartland"

Someone wasn't listening during SMART goals training.

Also, and I wonder if my memory is biased, but I feel like no clubs really made strategic 5-10 years plans like Benny and Penny until after they saw us winning?

All crap clubs are now trying to do the same again and again, mostly failing. I guess they just don't have the business acumen and other tools to get it done like our team.

They seriously have nfi.

What they going to door knock now. My pity for them stopped when the ball bounced the wrong way. Idiots couldn’t get it done that day and wont ever.

They lost that so now so I’m happy if they fold, so we stop propping up their poo club.

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

I can't remember exactly what ours said but it was beautiful in its simplicity.

3 - 0 - 75

3 premierships
0 debt
75,000 members

By when? By end of decade.

Michael Collins (Apollo 11) said something similar about President Kennedy's mission statement.

"Beautiful in its simplicity": Do what? Moon. When? End of decade.

Damn! Now we know what we're doing. Okay let's get to work.

There's been questioning around if there might be something that happened during his time at hawthorn that has yet to come out.  But maybe he was just a crap coach.
