Unfortunately we don't have any cattle to come in but I would love to drop:
Prestia
KMac
Ralph
Nank (terrible, no confidence, always punching instead of clunking)

Have to drop Ryan after that. I swear, I can't handle his non-efforts for another game. Get the kid back to the VFL until he learns to push his weight around.

I don't know where to begin tbh. It has to be with kicking efficiency. Whoever kicks well in the reserves gets their chance at the expense of those in the seniors who can't. The game has changed and we need to change with it.

Riewoldt desperately needs a week off, but what can you do?

Out: Riewoldt, Prestia, Dow
In: Bradtke/Bauer, Cumberland, Banks

Our midfield continues to be the major issue. Not having Lynch doesn’t help. I would have played Dow throughout as at least he can win a clearance.

May as well make changes.  Ou
Out
McIntosh
Pickett
These 2 were bloody pathetic tonight
Prestia - clearly injured
Reiwoldt - worst game he's ever played and probably done.
Cotchin - managed
Mansell - just not good enough

What? He did SFA while he was out there

Out: KMac (Pickett to his wing, he’s not a forward ass)
Mansell
Dow
Nank/Ryan (doesn’t matter which one)

In: Cumberland, Bauer/Bradtke and any other kid that needs a run

Where do you start the list management has been absolutely diabolical. We have so many players that have been turned into role players we don't have any tradtional players to play certain roles anymore.

No small forward.
No leading medium or tall forward (I don't count Dusty as a leading forward), as Jack is too slow now and Lynch is injured. Ryan is not ready.
Not enough midfield grunt, not enough genuine pace, not good enough footskills. We are masters of nothing.
Go Tigers!

McIntosh for me 100% has to be dropped. No question.
We have no forwards, I don't understand why we can't play Cumberland there and play Dusty 100% midfield. Or put him in Picketts role. I can't see how he is any worse than Pickett up forward or even Cotch. Or a 13% fit Prestia.

Ryan dropped for Bradtke we just need to try something different our forwardline is absolutely park footy standard.
Go Tigers!

Sorry cannot agree regarding Dow

He was ordinary, very ordinary

However, I  think he deserves another go next week only because the gap between AFL and VFL is so steep. He struggled with the pace of the game.
