Take 3-0 win but sheesh we could have put at least half-a-dozen past them as the game was one-way traffic played in one half. The only decent Kyrgyzstan player was the goalie with some nice saves. Mooy B.O.G. for us followed by Timmy  :bow.

Timmy :bow :bow :bow

Watch his second goal. At first it looks like some scrambled goal you'd see in a U10s game, but when you watch the replay closely, Cahill sees the Bangladeshi goalkeeper about to dive on the ball and he cleverly taps the ball on the ground to get it to bounce above the oncoming goalie so he can sidekick it into the back of the net :clapping.

Jordan lost to Kyrgyzstan, so we're back on top of the group with our last two games at home in March. The last one is against Jordan which will most likely decide the group winner.

Hopefully, Kruse is okay. Great game from Robbie btw. He set up the first 3 goals.

We find out the two third-round groups on April 12. We're currently seeded 6th in Asia according to the FIFA ranking :huh3.

Iran, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Australia, Uzbekistan, Qatar, Iraq, China, Thailand, Syria.

I still think we'll make it anyway but we'll be hoping to avoid being in the same group as two of Iran, Japan and Korea.

Did any one hear timmy speak to bosnich and co. After the game?

He's either on pills, or has an incredible amount of passion

Given his fitness (and a lack of very good australian players) he will still be our #9 in th world cup

Fifa rankings are one o the great jokes on gods green earth
