Fantastic today.

I just sit there and think how lucky are we? Going to love watching this kid develop and star for the next decade plus

It isn’t a comparison
But I said the exact thing to my mrs today

We are so lucky to go from Dusty and then having this kid arrive the next year

Has surprisingly good aerial ability for a kid as hefty as he is, something Dusty never really excelled at.

He's wonderful in traffic.

Very sore hammy.
Club will be very cautious given Lalor's history.
Expect it be over the standard 3 weeks.

- Xander McGuire on Ch 7.

I’m no expert but I can’t imagine being plonked in the dead zone of our goal square all game and then having to a burst of acceleration the few times it makes it down there is good for the Hammys.

Richo surmised that Lalor was likely near the maximum of his workloading given the 5-day break and that's why he played deep forward all night.

If it's true he came to the bench with a sore / tight hammy and they sent him back out only for it to snap. That's very upsetting.

Yet seems very Richmond like.

Lalor. Hammy
Smillie. Hammy x3
Armstrong  bad hammy.
Trainor. Headknock post concussion history.

Not ideal.

During the VFL coverage on 7mate, they said Lalor has a standard hammy. But they reckon we will be cautious, and Lalor will be out for more than 3 weeks.

"For it to snap"  :huh ::)

Not sure how a minor strain is suddenly a "snap"

As for your comment about "if it's true....". Haven't read one report about what you're suggesting so not sure where you've dragged that from..

But whatever

stretching or tearing of ligaments or muscles.

Same hammy which exploded on him last season

I'm waiting for the injury report that it's season done for Sammy.  Seems to be our luck with hamstrings.
