Standard have dropped massively.

ie its perfectly ok that Nank play a whole game and not take one mark anywhere in the ground in 2 hrs of football  :help

That's just one example of permitting mediocrity. It's starts with the CEO, head of football and the coaching staff and the captain and filters throughout the whole team. 

Like a virus it must be eradicated.

I don't have a lot of confidence we have anyone there that can Benny Gale or Neil Balme this joint.
The club that keeps giving.

Vlastuin for me, any day.

Prime Lids was genuinely good AA footy though and he stuck around consistently through some genuinely crap years. About 12-13 of them IIRC.

Yep. 12 years.
And people carry on like he abandoned the club at the first sign of trouble.
I dont think any worse of him for going for a flag, he could have been a Patrick Cripps if he'd stayed, nobody knew.
