Next year our starting 23 will get younger when the likes of Smillie, Lalor, Hotton, McAuliffe, Algar, Faull, Armstrong, Gibcus, Brown, Trainor, Campbell, Sims, I also expect picks #2 and #3 to play most games.I would hope they give Gray a good go as well.

Most of these blokes arent here for much longer and we need good experienced players like Hopper Taranto Balta Miller, to be there when they do go. They are the only B plus players we have in the 24 thru 28 age bracket. We simply cannot afford to lose anymore players in this bracket until some of the younger players step and become good players with 80 - 100 games behind them, and we get some mature recruits in, in the right age bracket.
Patience is the word we have just completed year 1 of what most likely will be at least a 5 year building phase.
