I reckon tezza has summed him up perfectly this week in the EOTT .

Had a chat to him last night - great bloke. And still has the stitches up his eye - wont stop him though

An absolute gun.
Hard nosed and determined in a Tony Free type of way.

and he knows how to pass a ball correctly and with accuracy. Richo must love him

I've been a fan of Jake's since the first time I saw him play against the Swans in Canberra. 

He is one of the most composed players we have in tight situations and he backs his ability! Congrats Jake on a great first season
