If WP wishes come true and Jake wears no 9 he will have actually followed in Wayne Campbells footsteps because Campos first number at Richmond was 46 also. :thumbsup

Thanks Tigermonk.

Wayne Campbell's first game I and many a Richmond supporter should remember fondly.
The Mother's Day massacre of 1991 we beat Scumwood by 57 points and they were the reigning premier and Hogg kicked 10.
Sunday May 12 1991
Richmond 24 15 159
Scumwood 15 12 102  :lol :lol

Read in today's Age that Kingy has a brother playing for his original club North Heidelberg.

One of the few bright spots from last year. What are your expectations for Kingy this year and what would be a good year for him?

Would like to see him played on the ball in spurts.
I think Jake would thrive on it.

Was thinking along the same lines Magic  :thumbsup.

Kingy needs to also back up what he did last year. Hopefully given he's more a mature recruit and he's done it the hard way getting into the AFL, he'll continue to work his guts off and there'll be no second year blues.

To carry on the good work he started last year and continue the strong play and mongrel he showed also. Perhaps even a tagging role. He is a hard nut and has the mind for it unafraid regardless of the calibre of opposition.

He is one player I see 'destined' to move into the midfield.  He brings a lot of the essentials to a complete and cohesive midfield unit and with another year or two experience he will be one of the first picked.  Every time I see Kingy play I see Libba and if it pans out that way I will be more than happy.
