All clubs are reluctant to offload KPPs. Even Geelong hung onto Gardiner and Playfair for 6 years. This year is Sarge's sixth.

No doubt he's on his last chance.
I think he still might offer something this season.
He is one of the most skilled talls on our list...but the clock is ticking for Jay.

He's not a midfielder but he does have to kick goals or stop them.
If he can't do that then there's no place for him but the number of possessions really means Jack poo.

Defence for mine

 :thumbsup

And it aint just abou the number of possessions btw  ::)

Have seen him do ther little 1%ers in our fwd line that no-one cares to notice. Perhaps Jay is a bit too team focused  ;)

Here's a thought maybe he should start playing selfish and get 20 kicks but not do the team things and then everyone can say he averages 15-20 possies a game ::)

Fitness or lack of it has always been a issue for Sarge IMO as well as our crap delivery to our forwards. He often goes missing from about the 1/3 way mark of a game.

Schulz's stats:

Matches  Avg Disp.  Avg Marks    G.B
2003:      5             3.6          1.4          4.1
2004:     16            5.5          2.6         10.5  (includes the 6 vs Bris)
2005:      4             8.0          2.5          1.1
2006:     12            5.3          3.2         16.4
2007:     12            7.8          4.5         14.14  (9 of those goals in first 4 rounds)

I want to dip me lids to Daniel on this forum.

Daniel has become a great sledger. You have made us proud. Jacko and the rest of the company are in meetings to decide if we will give you full membership status to the sledgers group. The one thing we are most impressed with lately is your capacity to take pot shots from the cheap seats. Keep up the good work Danny. We will be informing you shortly on the outcome of the meetings.
