Is that a curtain-raiser for the Geel v Rich NAB Cup game? More reason to go if it is.

I'm guessing so FF as the Richmond-Geelong game starts later in the arvo.

Does anyone know if the Coburg list has been finalised and who is in it?

The event was a Richmond Football Club intra-club practice match, and many of the Tigers stars were in action.

Former Berwick junior footballer Logan Hill, who has made a good early impression with new club Coburg, was invited to play in the game and made a good fist of it.

The teenager looked at home at the top level, picking up several high-quality possessions while playing with and against AFL stars including Matthew Richardson, Nathan Brown, Joel Bowden and Shane Tuck.

WP said there were no standouts but Riewoldt did some good things, strong overhead.

Very young squad of Coburg players - thought they did very well. The Geelong VFL team were a big unit compared to the Burger boys.

As MT said I thought Reiwoldt showed a bit - very strong overhead but needs to work on speed off the mark a bit. I liked Casserley's game - disposal by foot is very good (could have used in the seniors ::)) Jake King played across half back and did ok although sometimes he didn't seem to have an opponent. McGuane played a fair bit at FB on Playfair - got beaten and was moved to FF.

I only got to see the final 5 minutes of the first half plus the 2nd half because of the queues trying to get into the venue (fancy only having 2 gates open :banghead).

Promising signs for the Burgers - very hard tackling and running unit.

Thanks for the report WP  :).

Yep Casserly would've been a better option in the seniors. He should have played. He was in the top 15 for most of the preseason until he copped a hammy and was back to full training last week. Only reason he didn't play was because he didn't play in the Cranbourne intra-club game.

How did Schulz go in his 3 quarters WP?
