Bonnie Doon is a lovely place. Lots of childhood memories of Bonnie Doon and Lake Eildon. Apparently I was conceived in a houseboat off Bonnie Doon. If this boat's a rockin..... :lol

Man you are crazy MT! Why would you do that?? Yes I've swam in lake Eildon but not at that time of the year. Was it after a demoralising loss or a pink floyd induced purple haze?  :lol

It wasn't by choice though. For school camp we went bushwalking and canoeing for a week in mid-winter and as part of the training in case the canoe tipped over we had to get in the water. Hoping in was the worse part. Once you were in the water you were comfortably numb  ;) :P lol.
