It's really easy - all you do is pick a team in position each week. 

You can play in a comp or you can play individually - a comp with your own league would be more fun and you still get to play against everyone else who enters.

Let me know if you're in and then registering would be a good thing for the time being until I hear back from them. I've just sent off an email asking for a league called:

"One-Eyed Richmond Rocks"

So, I'll get together names and then give them to them.  They used to require people's email addresses, but not sure now.  Will find out when they reply.
