I used to be dead set against him playing around HF. But after last night watching him play the team game, whoa  :shh Seriously. He could run, mark, handball and pass. Even got involved in a boundary throw in tap up around HB.

Love Jack and his personality. Hope he's a Tiger for life and he has ten boys just like him. :thumbsup

Speaking of which when's Big Richo having children...?

Already have several.

There are many similarities developing between Jack and Aker. These words will be seen as pathetic one day.

Had to correct TBRs comments, looked anything but Ackerlike last night. Might be sleeping on the couch tonight ;D

Jack is a serious gun. So good around the ground.  Not just a goal kicking machine.

His ability to create goals for teamates reminds me of no key forward I have seen.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

What I love about Jack also is his ground skills are great as well. Can bend down and get the footy dish off and his field kicking is precise also. Not just a player taking a speccy and kicking a few majors.
Most natural forward in the game. :thumbsup

Dimma said he gave Jack a spray for his four first half misses....

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Jack Riewoldt (six goals) was held goalless by Tim Mohr in the first half but found his kicking boots at half-time after a few encouraging words from Hardwick.

''[He kicked] four points I think before he kicked six straight, so it took a little bit of time, he copped a little bit of a spray from the coach just to say make sure he finished his work,'' Hardwick said.

''The really pleasing thing from my point of view is he brought his teammates into the game a number of times and could've had a number of more shots early.''

So really, Jack kept himself goalless by ways of inaccuracy, and when he found his kicking boots Tim Mohr was given a lesson.
Can't see how Jack was kept goalless by anyone but himself if he had 4 missed shots on goal?

Jacks 5 ops appear to be having a limited impact to his preparation for 2012  :thumbsup

Jack's 4 goals on Thursday night brought up his 200th (201 to be exact). The 20th Tiger to do so.

He’s booted 151 goals in his last 50 games, at a more than respectable average of three goals per match.

He couldve been far more effective Thursday night if he didn't play like a lazy, big headed game as he did.
I hope he learns that selfishness won't get you very far. He Wouldve been far more effective working hard leading to space & showing leadership to vickery when he was having a bad day. I'm sure if he did this Vickery wouldve improved his output also and Jack wouldve kicked more goals when the game was there to be won. Not easy goals in junk time.
The club that keeps giving.

Most of the game he had 2 direct opponents, and at other times had to fly against 3.
At least twice he was bumped/shepherded away from the contest before the ball was anywhere near the landing zone.
Terrific tackle led to one of his 4 goals.
To say he was lazy is misguided.
