He's the best performed key forward from the 2006 draft at the moment.
And you may not think I care for you

i dont get to see live games, but the tv always focusses on the kicker after a behind, so naturally you'd think he always does it after he misses a goal.  question is though, does he do it when anyone else misses...  you probably can't tell, well not from watching on tv thats for sure.

Good point from what I have seen he constantly talks.

He's the best performed key forward from the 2006 draft at the moment.

Another good point, ATM I am happy with his progress, do I wish he was doing more; sure, but the signs are good and there are games he is having an impact on

What do some people expect from a 20 year old kid.  38 goals from 36 games is not that bad.

Cousin Nick had 53 goals from 48 games after his first 3 years.......Jacks on track to match that.

Problem with us tiger mob....we expect too much too soon.
This is what I think to. So why add to it.

And on Saturday night Walls and co were saying how he could never match up to his famous cousin because he is not the same size so could never be a key position player.  Interesting thing - both are listed as 193cm tall on the club websites, Jack at 20 is 87kgs and Nick at 26 is 96kgs.  Give him time and he can very easily become a kpp.

I think someone, perhaps Jack, said that he is ever so slightly taller than Nick
I think it's the way he runs which gives the perception that he's shorter, certainly as a junior he had an odd running style

Jack is going to be a good player for us. He does need to gain more strength, that will come over the next couple of years.

Anyone that sees Jack play for Coburg would know he is actually a very good kick for goal, he gets the yips a little playing for Richmond. This will improve with experience.

As for him yelling orders, Jack is extremely extroverted and all he is doing is making sure we set up our zone properly for the kick in. Jack is a leader and something we need more of is people like him being vocal on the ground.

In the fullness of time all will be bourne out, but unless this kid can get some quality guidance and direction and I mean REAL quality guidance and direction he will fail as a top notch player.

Right now I would trade him while the rest of the competition think he has some currency.

Yeah, who needs a forward structure anyway.

Top mark by Jack tonight but his goalkicking has gone to the dogs. He is getting enough chances each week to kick 3-4 goals a game but is shanking them every week. As a forward you're paid to kick goals. If his routine is to spin the footy in his hands then he should cut it out and just focus on directing a still ball properly onto his foot.

He reminds me of Petts, the way he likes to take a grab but can't kick.

Are you sure about that?
Critisise Petts all you like for everything else, the one strength he has is that he is a reliable kick for goal
