Archer said Kingy put too much pressure on himself doing the full page spread in the paper before the game. Okay for a senior player but something like that plays with a younger player's head. He also said it was a bad match-up to put Kingy (174cm) on Jones (190cm). The Roos knew he was having a bad day and just isolated Kingy in the goalsquare.

They replayed David King's aftermatch interview on 3aw. Basically he said there's no point moving around senior players to new positions. They need to perform where they have for most of their career. He'd rather spend time playing Matty White than a senior player. Caro said he was referring to Joel Bowden. Also through Browny in there. You can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Caro also said Miller should have sold his shares long ago. He's meant to be a Tiger who promised he'd fix the club in 5 years. It's now 6 and Richmond is heading for another wooden spoon or thereabouts. March told them on Sunday Miller may be leaving the board.

Joel kicked 4 against the Eagles before doing his collarbone and he played forward a few times in 2001 (before being banished for lairising) so playing forward isn't a new trick for Joel  ???.
