Geez Hutchy's a tool lol.

Hutchy - "The dream time forward line - the one Richmond could have had".

Hey Hutchy if we had drafted Pavlich then we wouldn't have finished bottom 3 in 2004  :wallywink

Btw is Caro unusually very pro-Richmond tonight? She couldn't wait to talk about Foley.

Caro is well and truly on the Richmond bandwagon at the moment.  The day after the Saints game she was on 3aw talking up the tiges bigtime and sticking it up Walls and Shaw who hate Richmond.

The Coaches' votes (Wallace and Knights) from the weekend:

Foley   10
Lids      8
Richo    4
Bowden 3
Brown   3

Richo is now 4th overall on 38 votes just seven behind Buddy.

No mention of our game on Footy Classified last night apart from Caro saying once again our clash jumper is awful.

Lyon and Caro said tonight Richo is looking exhausted and we're seeing the first signs of wear and tear from him trying to do everything from playing on the wing. They still think he is playing well though.

Caro reckons we see Richo playing for 2-3 more years. Money isn't an issue as he's paid far less than the likes of say Dal Santo.

Lids got 4 votes from the coaches (Roos and Plough).

gee there is so much to like about mick malthouse as a coach.

he was discussing about why the fact the demons or any club really gets its self up to play at its best against the pies.

he said any club should get the same motivation whether its port, freo, blues or collingwood.

i just get this "crunch game" thing of TW's out of my head. what a childish thing it is really..

We got a quick mention on tonight's show

Caro said St Kilda like Richmond is a hard club to come to unless you embrace the culture.

Lyon showed a few clips of Tivs running into trouble because he has no right foot and said he must have played his last game. Caro said to be fair he wasn't alone on the weekend.

Caro said Riewoldt was dropped because he hadn't kicked a goal in 4 games.

Lyon asked why Richo who was leaving Rutten for dead was moved to the wing after half-time. Hutchy said we he has been playing well on the wing.

Hutchy said it was a devestating loss because we should have had the game won at half-time.

Archer said Caro was showing bias by not mentioning Richo being kicked out of a nightclub yet had a big go at Buddy.

Caro said there's too many old players not performing - Tivs, Petts, Joel wasn't that good either, McMahon and Polak.

Coaches votes (Wallace and Bailey):

Richo   10
Lids       7
Tuck      4
Browny  3
McLean  3

Not much on us. Talked about us winning thanks to Richo and Caro at the end said Richmond and Melbourne should always be fixtured at the 'G. Apparently some fans didn't get into the Dome until halfway through the first quarter even though only 27,000 turned up.

Hutchy put up a graph of winning records of the past 5 Richmond coaches - Northey 50%, Walls 48%, Geish 51%, Spud 40% and Wallace 36%.

Caro said of course Terry is under pressure especially if Richmond don't win another game for the year. However he should stay on, as after many years of poor recruiting including under Danny, the club finally realised and recognised they had to bottom out so of course he's going to have a worse record than the others.

Caro said the Carlton loss was really disappointing.

Hutchy said it was disaster as we were expected to win.

Archer then turned to Hutchy and said did you really think Carlton had no chance against Richmond. Of course Carlton was going to win. It's typical Richmond - win a game or two and get everyone excited and then dish up crap like that. Caro said it's known you don't like Richmond and Archer pretty much said as much.

Lyon said the 36% depends on whether it is 36% and going up or 36% and going down. He believes Richmond has genuinely improved this year. We would need to improve again next year to show we are heading in the right direction.

Hutchy said Carlton were a basket case 18 months ago and have gone past and spoiled Richmond's big day. Caro replied they got Judd and the past few first round picks since then. Archer said Richmond could have got Judd if they offered enough.

They then asked Caro what's wrong with Richmond and she said well there's a lot. Archer chipped in with there's a 100 things wrong, have we got an hour. Lyon then said you don't asked Caro about Richmond before a break and with Neil Craig coming on and then they cut to the ad break.

Kel Moore with 4 votes was the only Tiger to get votes from the coaches.
