Has there ever been more competition to see who can tank the most for a game as the Blues and Dees this week?!  3aw just said Cameron Bruce is out for the Dees as well (stuffs up my footyrocks team too :scream).

Go Blues. Lose that PP :pray

Half way thru the 2nd Dees 49 - Blues 35

Ricky Pettard off to hospital with broken ribs and a collapsed lung. MICA ambulance being used for what Doc Larkins said could be a "life threatening" situation. Lung cavity filled with oxygen from punctured lung...

And the Blues look like keeping it  :scream based on today's effort.

I hope Ricky Pettard is okay. Nasty injury :(.

Yeah and I would think the Blues would pick Kruezer with that first pick considering McLaren and Ackland have been ineffiecient for them. Can't understand how the Blues gave Ackland a 3 year contract. Too bad we don't play them twice :banghead

Despite Pagan's sacking and a new coach coming in, it's hard to see the Blues winning another game especially now they're without Fev and Walker. As mentioned on FC, Fev will miss the next 3 weeks with a thigh injury (might be "made" to rest out the season) and Andrew Walker out with a shoulder injury.

Looks like we'll have to do with pick 2 as our first pick.

Ratten I reckon is too proud to have his coaching career start at 0 and 6. Reckon they will be up for the Bombers game and at least a chance against Melbourne.

Think that the PP is 50-50 at this stage.

They can afford to lie down, Richard and Jeanie Pratt will kick in the rest.

The Blues were more competitive today but they still lost. Hard to see them winning before round 22. If Sheeds wanted to do Richmond a real favour and stick it up Carlton (and Walls) at the same he could tank it in round 20 lol.

R18: Collingwood (MCG)
R19: Port Adelaide (AMII)
R20: Essendon (MCG)
R21: Kangaroos (Dome)
R22: Melbourne (MCG)

Richard said at the lunch today that they were not tanking.
If they want to go out and get an uncontracted player nothing stopping them, it's only money!
